最後にひと振りするはちみつが甘さと塩味のコントラストの決め手になるので、ぜひお試しください！ 材料（2人分） ロメスコソース用（小瓶1個分） Cooks&Coの瓶詰めロースト赤ピーマン 200g ニンニク 1片 フレークアーモンド 100g スモークパプリカ 小さじ1 オリーブオイル 大さじ1 シェリービネガー小さじ1（お好みで） カリカリケール用 オリーブオイル大さじ1ケール 3つかみ レモン半分の果汁 1cmの輪切りのハルーミ 225g はちみつ小さじ2 サワードウ、チャバタ、フォカッチャなどお好みのパン 4枚 作り方 1. フレークアーモンドを乾いたフライパンできつね色になるまでトーストし、鍋を頻繁に振りながら約3分間。 2.オリーブオイルを除くすべての材料をミキサーに加え、塩をひとつまみ加え、塊状のペーストにします。 ボウルに移し、オリーブオイル大さじ1を加えて混ぜます。 脇に置いておきましょう。 3.グリドルパンを中弱火で加熱します。 油を少量加え、ハルーミの両面を黄金色と鉄板の跡が見え始めるまで、各面約3分ずつ焼きます。 4.アーモンドをトーストしたのと同じフライパンにオリーブオイル大さじ1を加え、ケールと塩ひとつまみを加えます。 ケールが縮み始め、カリカリになるまで2〜3分間調理します。 5. サンドイッチを組み立てるには、各スライスを下側にロメスコで広げ、ハルーミ、ハチミツを絞り、その上にシャキシャキのケールを乗せます。 もう一枚のパンでサンドして挟み込みます（散らかるかもしれませんが、それが楽しいところです！）。 。 クレジット: hans.hungry
