recipebreakout スモーキーチーズとオニオンパイ、レモンアスパラガスの揚げ物！ 。 今週届いた、applewood_cheese さんのご厚意による素敵なチーズの配達にお気付きかもしれませんが、私の頭はスモーキーチーズのサマーサラダのことを考えてグルグル回っていました…そして、すべて良い時間です！ しかし、おいしいチーズのパイが私を呼んでいたので、昨夜の夕食はこれでなければならなかった…今シーズン最後のアスパラガスになるかもしれないものでした。 作るには…(2人分) 。 🧀 まず、中くらいの大きさのジャガイモ 6 ～ 7 個 (これらは albert_bartlett のオリジナルのレッド ルースター ジャガイモです) を用意し、皮をむいて乱切りにし、柔らかくなるまで茹でます。 よく水を切り、バターひとつまみを加えてマッシュします。 🧀 ジャガイモが調理されている間に、玉ねぎの皮をむいてスライスし、フライパンにバターひとつまみを溶かし、玉ねぎが柔らかくなるまでゆっくり炒めます。 同時にチーズ約90gをすりおろします。 両方をジャガイモと一緒に加え、混ぜ、よく味付けし、オーブン対応の皿に移し、高温のオーブンに入れて全体がきれいに茶色になるまで焼きます。 🧀 パイの準備がほぼ完了したら、フライパンに少量の油を熱し、一掴みの新鮮なアスパラガス（太い場合は縦に半分に切る）と、刻んだ新鮮なパセリと細かく刻んだレモンの皮を加えます。 フライパンで数分間揚げて、パイの一部とレモンのスライスを添えて（ジュースをかけて）お召し上がりください。 。 。 クレジット: recipebreakout
