シンプルで美味しいスパイスシュリンプタコスボウル。 このラインナップはまさに休暇のような気分だ。 。 エビはフェンネル、スモークパプリカ、レッドチリフレークのミックスと少量の海塩で味付けされています。 とてもシンプルですがとても良いです。 大きなベースのバターレタス、アボカド半分、シュレッドチーズ、赤と黄色のトマト、コリアンダー、赤玉ねぎ、ライムジュースを添えた自家製ピコと一緒に盛り付けました。 レールを外せば速度も落ちるので、これはプラスですが、最近は尻尾を食べると言う人が多いです!! 。 私がすべてを作った方法は次のとおりです。 1.まずエビとスパイスを混ぜます。 1ポンドの天然エビに大さじ1のオリーブオイルを垂らし、砕いたフェンネルシード（約大さじ1/2から1）、高品質のスモークパプリカ（大さじ1〜1.5）、ガーリックパウダー（または生のガーリックパウダー1トン）で味付けしました。ニンニクのみじん切り）、少量の海塩、そしてオリーブオイルを少し加えます。 スパイスをよくマッサージし、15〜30分間放置します。 必要に応じてすぐに始めることもできますが、味を染み込ませることが非常に効果的です。 。 2.エビを作る準備ができたら、フライパンを中火にかけ、お好みの油/バター大さじ1を加え、片面約1分間焼きます。 エビはゴム状になるのでやりすぎないでください。 。 3.エビを完成させたら、大きなベースの野菜から始めて、残りの材料を加えます。 アボカド1/2個、チーズ、ピコを加えました。 ピコをお好みの味付けにしてください。私はライムジュース、新鮮なハラペーニョ、塩コショウを少し多めに加えるのが好きです。 ピコは、細かく刻んだ玉ねぎ、トマト、新鮮なハラペーニョ、新鮮なコリアンダーとライムだけです。 。 エビを試してみて、感想を聞かせてください。 フェンネルは素晴らしい風味を加えているので、きっと気に入っていただけると思います。 。 📸クレジット shredhappens ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
