カレーポテトとジャミーエッグサラダ ポテトサラダのない春夏スプレッドなんてあるの？ 私はこれに少しカレーエッジを与え、さらに大きなごちそうのためにそこにいくつかの卵を入れることで古典的なものを微調整しました。ジャージーロイヤル 750g（大きめのジャガイモを半分に切る） 中くらいの卵 8個 マヨネーズ 大さじ2 マヨネーズ 大さじ2 全脂肪ギリシャヨーグルトまたはナチュラルヨーグルト 大さじ2 マイルドカレー粉 大さじ1 マンゴーチャツネ小さじ2 ネギ3本（みじん切り） チャイブ小束（約10g） みじん切りAコリアンダーの小房（約10g） 細かく刻んだもの 大さじ1.5のニゲラの種 最後にハラペーニョジャムを少しかけて、甘くてスパイシーなアクセントを加えました。 さらに辛さを加えたい場合は、最後にスライスしたハラペーニョを追加してください。 方法 1. 大きな鍋に塩を入れた水を沸騰させ、ジャガイモを加え、ナイフが刺せる程度の柔らかさになるまで15分間煮ます。 ザルにあげて5〜10分冷まします。 2.その間、別の鍋に熱湯を入れて卵を9分間茹でます。 それ以上調理しないように、水を切って冷水の入ったボウルに入れます。 3. 大きなボウルに、マヨネーズ、ヨーグルト、カレー粉、マンゴーチャツネを入れて混ぜます。 ジャガイモをボウルに加え、軽く混ぜて混合物をコーティングします。 4.卵の皮をむき、大きさに応じて縦に3等分または4分の1に切ります。 卵、ネギ、ほとんどのチャイブ、コリアンダーと一緒にマヨネーズ混合物にゆっくりとかき混ぜます。 塩とコショウで味付けします。 5.大きめのボウルにポテトサラダを盛り付けます。 残りのチャイブとコリアンダー、およびナイゲラシードを使用する場合は、その上に散らします。 。 クレジット: hans.hungry
