ひよこ豆のほうれん草のサツマイモ詰め🌱 by lastredient レシピ: 中くらいのさつまいも Four 個分 ひよこ豆 1 ～ 15 オンスの缶詰 オリーブオイル 大さじ 1 コーシャー ソルト 小さじ 1 黒胡椒小さじ 1/2 と分量の多め クミン 小さじ 1/2 ベビーほうれん草 1 カップ、粗く刻んだタヒニ 大さじ2 盛り付け用のフレーク状の海塩 盛り付け用の砕いた赤唐辛子のフレーク 作り方 オーブンを華氏375度に予熱します。サツマイモにフォークで穴をあけ、柔らかくなるまで45〜55分間ローストします。 サツマイモを5〜10分間冷ましてから、縦に半分にし、フォークで果肉をほぐします。 サツマイモを焼いている間に、カリカリのひよこ豆を作ります。 ひよこ豆を水切りし、洗います。 ペーパータオルで軽くたたいて乾かします。 緩んだ外側の皮を取り除きます。 小さなボウルにひよこ豆をオリーブオイル大さじ1/2、コーシャーソルト小さじ1/2、黒コショウ小さじ1/4、クミンを入れて和えます。 それらをクッキングシートを敷いたシートパンに一層に広げます。 焼き色が付くまで25〜35分間焼き、途中でパンを軽く振ります。 サツマイモとひよこ豆をローストしている間に、大きなフライパンに残りのオリーブオイルを入れて中強火で加熱します。 ほうれん草を葉がしおれ始めるまで約2分間炒めます。 ニンニクと残りの塩、コショウを加え、香りが立つまで約1分間煮続けます。 半分に切ったサツマイモのそれぞれにひよこ豆とほうれん草をのせます。 食べる前にタヒニをふりかけ、フレーク状の海塩と赤唐辛子のフレークをふりかけます。 。 。
